Treasury Manager (6-month FTC) | Farringdon | £75,000 - £90,000pa | 25 days holiday, wide range of discounts and benefits | Logistics and Supply Chain \n\n***August 1st Start**** \n\nThe Interim Treasury Manager will take ownership of day-to-day treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, treasury system implementation, and banking structure optimisation. This position is pivotal to the success of the wider finance transformation programme and works closely with the CFO, Group Finance team, operational leaders, and local business units across Europe.\n\nThe Role\n\nCash & Liquidity Management: Monitor and manage group-wide cash flow to ensure sufficient funding across operating units and strategic projects.\nReporting: Prepare monthly cash and treasury reports for management and shareholders, ensuring accuracy and insightfulness.\nCapex & Funding: Oversee capital expenditure funding and contribute to tracking and reporting of group-wide investment initiatives.\nBanking Platform Migration: Lead the transition of transactional banking to a unified platform across multiple jurisdictions.\nCash Pooling Implementation: Manage the assessment and, if approved, execution of a group-wide cash pooling solution across business units and currencies.\nTreasury Systems Implementation: Support the roll-out of a treasury management system (TMS) to enhance automation, reporting, and risk management capabilities. About You\n\nEducational Requirements: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification treasury experience.\nProfessional Experience: Experience in a treasury function within a leveraged or private equity-backed environment.\nProven track record managing complex treasury structures, including pooling arrangements.\nProject experience involving large-scale bank account migrations.\nExperience in industries such as supply chain, FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics is advantageous but not essential.\nSolid understanding of financial accounting, treasury accounting, and IFRS.\nStrong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.\nExcellent stakeholder management, with experience advising executive leadership.\nStrong communicator, capable of influencing cross-functional teams across geographies.\nConfident engaging with financial institutions and negotiating banking arrangements.\nExperience of working in industry required (outside of Banks)What's on Offer:\n\n£75,000 - £90,000 Salary (Pa)\n25 days holiday, plus bank holidays\nOther benefits\nThis role will be career highlight, that will be one for the top of your CV.Zachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
