We are currently seeking to employ a lead engineer to join our exceptional team, providing services to our prestigious client in Birmingham. You will maintain the premises to a high level by undertaking basic electrical, mechanical, plumbin g and fabric maintaining duties, including general handyperson works.
This is a full time, permanent position. (Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, with overtime available)

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Undertake routine planned preventative maintenance
Reactive maintenance
Trouble shooting
Manage one other team member
Oversee sub-contractor works and review and manage work record sheets and remedial works
Liaise with the client and building users
Delivery of small works
Aid with project management
Office moves
Manage the PPM scheduling and planner
Access control
Fabric works
Any other reasonable duty to maintain a commercial office space
18th edition and electrical NVQ level 3 are required. You will have 3 years experience in a similar role. A customer focused, positive person, with a can-do attitude who is a solution driven thinker, will be perfect for this role.
