Client Support Executive
About the Role
As a Client Support Executive you'll play a key role in supporting multiple clients with their day-to-day business and administrative needs. From managing communications and coordinating tasks to keeping projects on track, you'll be the go-to person ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and valued.
A number of our clients live with chronic health conditions, disabilities, or are neurodivergent. Because of this, we are looking for someone with relevant experience - either professionally or through lived experience - who understands the importance of empathy, flexibility, and clear communication.
This role is perfect for someone who's organised, people-focused, and enjoys variety in their work. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build strong, lasting relationships while helping businesses run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing timely and professional support.
* Manage diaries, schedules, and administrative tasks across multiple clients.
* Coordinate projects, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
* Assist with business operations tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and record-keeping.
* Maintain strong relationships by understanding client needs and proactively offering support.
* Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to deliver seamless service.
* Work with sensitivity and respect when supporting clients with health conditions, disabilities, or neurodiversity.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative, business support, or client-facing role - essential
* Experience (professional or lived) of working with or supporting people with chronic health conditions, disabilities, or neurodiversity - essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable using digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management platforms).
* Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* A team player with a client-focused, empathetic attitude.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
