As a Underwriting Manager – Property Development Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing new development finance deals, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the success of one of the bank’s most dynamic lending teams. ✨ What You'll Be Doing
âś” Support senior leadership on new borrower enquiries and relationship building
âś” Attend on-site visits to understand the full scope of development projects
âś” Prepare high-quality credit papers for Credit Committee approval
âś” Draft facility letters aligned with approvals and ensure full compliance
âś” Liaise with external solicitors, valuers, and monitoring surveyors
