Large Format Print Finisher\nNorthampton\n £26,000 – £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)\n\nWe’re representing a highly regarded print and display production specialist based in Northampton. They’re known for delivering premium-quality work for a diverse range of clients, with a focus on precision, creativity, and excellent service.\n\nThey’re now looking for an experienced Print Finisher to join their skilled production team. If you’ve worked with Kongsberg cutting tables (or similar CNC digital cutters), hand finishing, and prepping jobs for dispatch, this could be a great next step.\n \n The working hours for the role are 8am - 4:30pm.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nOperating digital cutting tables (Kongsberg or similar) to produce accurate, high-quality finished products.\nCarrying out hand finishing tasks – trimming, mounting, assembling, and ensuring all work meets client specifications.\nPreparing finished items for packing and dispatch with careful attention to protection and presentation.\nCollaborating with print, production, and dispatch colleagues to meet deadlines efficiently.\nMaintaining quality standards and following safe working practices in a busy production environment.What We’re Looking For\n\nExperience operating Kongsberg cutting tables or similar CNC digital cutting equipment (highly advantageous).\nProven ability in hand finishing – trimming, mounting, assembly, and packaging.\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to consistent quality.\nGood organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a production environment.\nA team player with a positive, flexible approach to varied production tasks.What’s On Offer\n\nA salary of up to £28,000 annual salary depending on experience.\n25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays\nFree onsite parking\nA well-equipped production department with modern technology.\nSupportive, collaborative team culture in a respected Northampton-based business.\nThe chance to work on varied, high-quality print and display projects.If you’re an experienced Print Finisher who has an experience using CNC cutting tables and is ready to bring your skills to a busy, quality-focused production team in Northampton, get in touch today to learn more
