About the role:
We are looking for an HR Advisor to provide high quality support across the full employee life cycle. You will work closely with managers and the HR & Recruitment team to deliver clear, practical and people focused advice.
The role will be home based with regular travel across the UK and Ireland.
* Provide first-line HR advice on policies, procedures and best practice.
* Support employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent processes.
* Assist with HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, changes, and leavers.
* Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR.
* Contribute to HR projects, policy updates and process improvements.
Essential Skills/Experience:
* HR generalist experience with working knowledge of UK employment law.
* Experience supporting ER cases.
* Strong communication (both written and verbal), relationship-building and organisational skills.
* HR systems and data management experience (e.g., BambooHR, MS applications inc Excel).
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).
Desirable Skills/Experience:
* Experience with restructures, consultations or TUPE.
* Confidence producing HR documentation.
* Interest or awareness of environmental, agricultural or sports & landscapes sectors.
