Key Responsibilities

1. Residential Conveyancer to provide advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings
2. Residential Conveyancer working in accordance with SRA requirements and the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) Core Practice Management Standards
3. Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, the Land Registry and third-party solicitors
4. Drafting, reviewing and amending all documentation supporting residential property transactions, including post-completion and registration documents
