Specialized in civil engineering and infrastructure, Bouygues Travaux Publics is one of the world leaders in land use planning and sustainable construction. We are recruiting for an Integrated Management System (IMS) Lead to join the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) and play a central role in shaping the future of the Sizewell C project—a 3.2‑gigawatt low‑carbon power station that will power around 6 million homes and support the UK’s energy security for decades.
Key Responsibilities
 * Establish a robust Integrated Management System that aligns with the project vision and meets statutory and regulatory requirements.
 * Act as the IMS subject‑matter expert, implementing the system across delivery teams and ensuring consistent compliance.
 * Identify and champion opportunities for process improvement, driving best practice and a lean approach throughout the Alliance.
 * Set up and lead IMS assurance and governance within CWA and with Sizewell C and parent‑company stakeholders.
 * Collaborate with Digital, IT, and Data teams to enhance the IMS platform and ensure accessibility and usability.
 * Promote understanding of IMS policies and requirements across project teams and the supply chain, supporting a culture of quality and compliance.
 * Ensure all activities are compliant with ISO Management Systems (incl. ISO 9001), client nuclear requirements, and industry quality standards.
 * Establish and manage a risk‑based audit schedule, leading audits for project teams and suppliers.
 * Lead Management Reviews, tracking improvements and driving continuous enhancement.
 * Support external accreditation processes, including ISO 9001, CARES, and sector‑specific licences.
Qualifications & Skills
 * BSc in engineering or science.
 * ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
 * Proven experience in integrated management systems, ideally on large‑scale infrastructure or nuclear projects.
 * Strong understanding of quality, health & safety, ESG, and technical standards.
 * Confidence working with senior management and ability to influence at all levels.
 * Proven record in leading teams and building strong relationships across delivery, project management, and supply chain.
 * Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
 * Digital and data proficiency.
 * Formal project management qualification (desirable).
