The Job As an ERP Administrator you will lead the development and configuration of the Company's NetSuite platform used across all of our virtual, face-to-face, and digital products. You will work with sales, project management, finance and operational teams to shape NetSuite to the business’ needs. A typical day might include: Working as part of a cross-functional “mission team” focussed on improving the services used by the staff Getting involved with normal agile ceremonies that prepare, co-ordinate and reflect on the team’s throughput Supporting software engineers as we migrate significant NetSuite customisations into to new platform components Leading on administrative functions such as page layout, reports data field and workflow configuration Focussing on data quality, platform usage and testing functional correctness Coordinating with 3rd party vendors for larger pieces of work Expanding NetSite literacy in the wider organisation through training and documentation Identifying, installing and maintaining appropriate 3rd party integrations About you Essential Minimum of 5 years experience with ERP platforms Minimum of 3 years experience on the NetSuite platform Knowledge of NetSuite integration patterns (both upstream & downstream) Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude Demonstrable ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts Ability to assess & plan the impact of new requirements on NetSuite and other integrated systems Desirable Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified ← need to find the relevant qual Broader systems architecture experience / knowledge Excellent written communication & knowledge sharing via Confluence Inbound workflow with Jira and / or Jira Service Desk Developer experience in JavaScript or other ECMA script Familiarity with Salesforce and other 3rd party integrations
