Mid Day Meals Supervisor

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative and inspiring person to join our school at what is a very exciting time.
We wish to appoint a Midday Meals Supervisor to work as part of our team to support our children during lunchtime.
This is a permanent term time only position.
We are looking for a person with commitment, energy and drive to join our team and work closely with staff to provide positive learning experiences for all our pupils. Experience within a school setting is desirable but not essential.
We are looking for a candidate who:
1. Has the desire to be an effective member of a team
2. Ideally, has previous experience working within a Primary School setting or with primary aged children
3. Has a positive attitude and is passionate about helping children to develop, thrive and flourish
4. Is well organised, reliable and a flexible team member
5. Good interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with children and colleagues
6. Is self-motivated and able to show initiative in inspiring learners
7. Has high expectations of pupils and an understanding of how to help children to develop
8. Is committed to ongoing professional development
9. Is able to communicate and interact well with children and staff,
10. Is enthusiastic, energetic, flexible and willing to enhance the whole lunchtime experience for the children
11. Can be supportive, nurturing and understanding with high expectations.
12. Seeks to make lunch-times exciting and a positive experience.
