Here at Ark Veterinary Centre, we are looking for a dedicated and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. Your Duties Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide a high level of customer care. Meeting and greeting clients and pets. Booking appointments and diary management. Managing telephone and email enquiries. Taking payment for services and products. Managing cash and end-of-day banking. Your shift pattern The hours are Mondays 1pm - 6.30pm, Tuesdays 12.30pm to 6.30pm, Wednesdays 1pm to 6.30pm, Fridays 12.30pm to 6.30pm and 1 Saturday morning in 4 8.30am to 12.30pm. Which averages out to 24.5 hours a week.
