Interaction Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a specialist IT company looking to expand their multi-lingual team within their modern service office in Peterborough.
We are seeking Spanish-speaking Service Desk Advisers to handle inbound IT support enquiries. This is an ongoing temporary-to-permanent position.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 7am – 7pm (must be flexible with shift rotation and occasional weekends)
Pay: £14.22/hour

Duties include:
7. Providing first-line IT support to external clients, resolving queries efficiently and professionally
8. Logging, tracking, and updating support tickets accurately in the system
9. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, escalating where necessary
10. Guiding clients through step-by-step solutions over the phone or via email
11. Maintaining clear documentation of common issues and solutions to support team knowledge
12. Supporting the team with general IT tasks and contributing to ongoing process improvements
13. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients
Who we’re looking for:
14. Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal
15. Strong customer service skills
16. Organised and methodical in approach to work
17. Previous experience in IT support is beneficial but not essential
