We are looking for a Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Plas Isaf in Caerwys, Flintshire. Fantastic hourly rate of £13.21!

This is a permanent position to work full-time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 days which will include, Mondays, Fridays and Sundays, and bank holidays. Working hours will generally be 08:30 - 17:00.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role

The scope of this role is take full ownership of the Plas Isaf Resort grounds, maintenance and hot tub operations, ensuring a high standard is consistently delivered. The role supports the wider team and park operations, particularly on check-in days.

Main responsibilities:

The successful Grounds Supervisor will

* Lead the Grounds & Maintenance team
* Ensure the park is look presentable and tidy
* Produce a grounds maintenance schedule and ensure team follow it
* Oversee all maintenance, prioritising tasks accordingly
* Produce a hot tub schedule and ensure the team follow it
* Use the job system to plan and track maintenance tasks
* Manage staffing levels based on business requirement

Requirements:

Essential :

* Previous maintenance and grounds experience
* A driving licence and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use the site buggies / vehicles.
* Positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.

Desirable :

* Hot tub knowledge
* Experience of working on a holiday park
