The Role
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Solution Architect to design and deliver a modern cloud contact centre platform as part of a major customer engagement transformation.
You will define the target architecture, lead key design decisions, and ensure scalable and secure CCaaS capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Design end-to-end CCaaS architecture using Amazon Connect
* Define IVR and call routing logic aligned with Salesforce
* Produce the target state architecture (BYOT likely)
* Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimisation
* Collaborate with DevOps on deployment and automation
* Guide and upskill internal teams
Key Requirements
* Strong hands-on Amazon Connect experience
* Experience with Lex, Lambda, S3, Kinesis, AWS CLI
* Proven Salesforce integration experience
* Experience with Contact Lens / speech analytics
* Strong stakeholder communication skills
