Hayward Hawk is partnering with a global professional services firm thats expanding its Belfast presence and is now looking to add a Project Manager to the team. This role suits someone whos comfortable operating at the intersection of delivery, change and advisory someone who can lead complex programmes while helping clients prepare their people, processes and leadership for whats next. Youll be joining a rapidly growing consulting practice within a global professional services organisation, working at the forefront of retail banking transformation. The work is varied, client-facing and genuinely consultative this isnt a role focused on status reports and action chasing.
