This role is fully remote with the flexibility to work around any other commitment that you have, as long as your duties are fulfilled. What youll be doing. Lead on rent setting for tenants in line with appropriate regulations Review service charges supporting budget and forecast processes for this Produce management accounts within the housing function Measure performance against KPIs Provide financial information as required Support the team with ad-hoc projects and analysis What youll need. ACCA/CIMA or equivalent Qualification 2-3 years experience in a similar role within the social housing sector Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain organised and on-task Good written and verbal communication skills Extra Points for: Experience of setting rents and service charges Ongoing AAT study Whats in it for you?
