The Role of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and safely, with a wide variety of high-tech equipment under your care. Key Responsibilities: Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of automated machinery Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control faults Work with and maintain equipment such as: Tanks, mixers, and rollers Pumps and ovens Conveyors, depositors, and palletisers Packaging machinery, spiral coolers, and labellers Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis projects Liaise with production and automation teams to ensure minimal downtime Maintain accurate records of work carried out and follow safety protocols About You NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Multi-Skilled Engineering Experience working in automated or process manufacturing environments Strong fault-finding skills across electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled systems Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing engineering team What's On Offer Competitive salary overtime shift allowance Discretionary bonus 7% Company Pension contribution 3x life assurance 20 shift days holiday Healthcare Structured training and career development Opportunity to work on cutting-edge, high-tech manufacturing systems ATA is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
