Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a customer-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and identify potential customers.
2. Contact leads through cold calling, emails, and in-person meetings.
3. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
4. Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to potential clients.
5. Negotiate and close sales deals.
6. Maintain contact with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and cultivate repeat business.
7. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
8. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
9. Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications:
1. Proven work experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role.
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and sales management systems.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
