The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit a Flexi/ Bendi Forklift Driver on behalf of a busy client of ours based in Ashford.
Schedule- Monday to Friday 07:30- 17:30
Pay £12.75 - £13.25 per hour
As a Flexi Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse. Your main responsibility will be to safely operate a flexi (side-loader) forklift to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse. You'll be working in a variety of settings and handling various tasks to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a flexi forklift to transport goods across the warehouse.
Load and unload goods from delivery trucks and storage locations.
Organise and stack products to maximise storage efficiency.
Assist with stock taking and inventory control as required.
Follow all health and safety procedures and best practices.
Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues.
Support other warehouse functions as needed, including order picking and packing.
Requirements:
Valid Flexi (Side-loader) Forklift license is essential.
Proven experience operating a flexi forklift or similar machinery.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
A positive attitude towards health and safety regulations.
