What does the Gleeds Graduate Programme offer you?
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have access to experienced professionals, mentorship, professional reviews, and all necessary tools and support to succeed. We cover the costs and assist with paperwork to help you achieve your goals of becoming fully accredited.
As a Graduate you will:
* Assist Building Surveyors in delivering building surveying services, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects from feasibility to post-completion reviews.
* Help prepare feasibility studies, cost plans, planning and building regulation submissions, tender documentation, and manage tender processes.
* Assist with evaluating tenders, administering contracts, and undertaking various types of surveys.
* Prepare reports, undertake party wall duties, provide dilapidations advice, and monitor quality on major projects.
* Complete internal APC preparation and self-development training for Chartered status (RICS).
About You
What you will need:
* Graduated or will graduate before August 2025.
* Right to live and work in the UK.
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
* Good organizational skills and adaptability.
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Lively, enthusiastic, conscientious, and precise.
* Outgoing, people-oriented, and a team player.
