It's a smaller school with a real "everyone knows everyone" feel, and it shows in both staff morale and the way the children learn.The role itself: This is a full class teaching role in Year 1. Planning is already in place, so your focus is on delivering lessons well, keeping standards high, and building strong relationships with the class.
