Content & Design Assistant - Client Solutions Overview We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Content & Design Assistant to join our Client Solutions team at Positive. You’ll support the end-to-end creation, assembly and upkeep of all visual and digital assets for client programmes - from slide decks and infographics to e-learning modules, PDFs and marketing collateral. You’ll partner closely with our product team and client leads - leveraging PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and cutting-edge AI tools (Co-Pilot, HeyGen, Loom) - to not only build engaging, on-brand experiences that delight clients and learners, but also to pioneer and scale market-leading, AI-driven content design workflows that evolve our creative capabilities. Key Responsibilities Decks, Guides & Collateral : Design PowerPoint presentations reflecting our narrative flow; produce one-pagers, workbooks, learning guides and client-ready PDFs. Digital & E-Learning Content : Design and develop engaging digital content for client programmes and online learning. Infographics & Visual Storytelling : Translate data and concepts into clear, on-brand infographics, icons and charts. AI-Augmented Production (priority) : Leverage and pilot AI tools (ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, HeyGen, Loom) to accelerate and enhance content production and delivery. Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work hand-in-hand with product and client teams on messaging, tone and format; conduct proofreading, accessibility and brand-compliance checks. Brand Stewardship & Innovation : Maintain and evolve our visual style guide; propose new templates, formats or techniques to boost engagement. Asset Management & Version Control: Organise source files, enforce naming conventions, manage folder structures and ensure the latest “approved” versions are in use. Skills & Experience (ideal) 1-3 years in content design, instructional design, presentation design or a related role. Expert in PowerPoint; strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience with at least one e-learning authoring tool (Articulate, Captivate, Rise, etc.). Familiarity with video-creation/editing (e.g. Loom, Camtasia) and AI-enabled assistants (e.g. Co-Pilot). Strong visual sense - typography, layout, colour theory - and a portfolio to demonstrate it. Highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and iteration cycles. Excellent communicator and collaborator. Key Details to Know Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications (FTE of a 5-day role, pro rata for 4) Hybrid Working: 2 days per week based in our London office (Tuesday and Thursday). Office Location: Holborn, London. Days: This role is 4 days per week (option to explore 5 days). Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
