Business Development Manager – Restaurant Tech 🚀 (Remote – with regular face-to-face client meetings). London HQ for onboarding, training & team socials - Role location BRIGHTON.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Winning 10+ new deals a month – with a fast sales cycle of just 1–5 days.
* Driving new business through a mix of remote outreach and regular face-to-face meetings with restaurants.
* Building relationships with some of the best restaurant owners and operators in your region.
* Selling a cutting-edge digital platform that transforms how restaurants attract, manage, and retain customers.
* Owning the full sales cycle – from first conversation to close – and ensuring your new partners launch successfully.


Who We’re Looking For

* Hunters who love to win, move fast, and consistently smash targets.
* 1.5+ years in a B2B new business sales role (Non-negotiable).
* High-energy, motivated, and resilient.
* Strong influencing and consultative selling skills.
* Passion for building relationships and growing a client base.

We love profiles from recruitment, field sales, and hospitality tech sales, but we welcome candidates who have thrived in any high-volume, target-driven sales environment and have the grit to back it up.
