Robert Half are working in partnership with a continuously growing company in Chippenham to recruit a Management Accountant role on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exceptional opportunity that will be responsible for producing the management accounts for a business unit, along with business partnering with stakeholders, implementing processes and supporting with the year-end process. The Management Accountant role will be suitable for someone that is ideally immediately available or available on a 1 week notice, ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified and someone that has proven management accounting experience. The salary is up to £50,000 - £60,000 plus hybrid working, annual bonus and other excellent benefits.
The Role
The main duties of the Management Accountant role will consist of the following:
1. Producing the managements for an assigned business unit
2. Maintaining P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts
3. Preparing and presenting management information to stakeholders
4. Financial reporting
5. Financial analysis to support the management accounts process
6. Adhering to internal controls and corporate governance standards
7. Supporting with journal entries, reconciliations, year-end and audit processes
8. Business partnering with stakeholders across various sites
Requirements
To be considered for the Management Accountant role, you must ideally possess the following skills/experience:
9. Must have proven management accounting experience
10. Ideally CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
11. Must ideally be immediately available or available on a 1 week notice
12. Strong knowledge of accounting principles
13. Strong business partnering skills
14. Ability to interpret management information
15. Strong business partnering skills
16. Ability to introduce/implementing new procedures to increase efficiencies
