Main duties of the job
As a Salaried GP, youll provide compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population within a supportive practice environment. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations, chronic disease management, and working closely with our wider clinical and administrative team. Youll play a key role in patient care continuity, contribute to clinical decision-making, and be encouraged to develop any special interests you may have. Job responsibilities
* Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations with patients, including appropriate clinical examination, diagnosis, investigation, treatment, and referral.
* Provide care for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems, as well as those with chronic conditions.
* Undertake home visits where clinically required.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care, including liaising with nurses, pharmacists, health visitors, and social care professionals.
