Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 dependent on experience
The Role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Content Specialist to lead our digital content and campaign strategy. You'll drive engagement, SEO, lead generation, and brand visibility across website, social, and paid channels. If you have strong digital marketing experience, a flair for content creation, and love using data to optimise performance, we’d love to hear from you.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for oversee the planning, creation and optimisation of digital content and shaping and delivering high-impact content and campaign strategies across our digital channels. The role relies heavily on using online tools and market research.
As we continue to seek ways to engage our target audiences more effectively, you will also identify, test and scale new digital channels.
Key responsibilities for the Digital Content Specialist include but are not limited to:
1. Social Media & Advertising: Lead the strategy and execution of organic and paid campaigns across our social and advertising channels, such as LinkedIn and Google Ads. Ensure content and advertising is integrated into wider marketing initiatives, with focus on driving engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.
2. Content Creation: Responsible for developing high-quality copy for our websites, social media, and other digital platforms, including blogs, podcasts, video interviews etc.
3. SEO: Use SEO best practice to drive traffic to company websites. Leverage SEO tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMRush to conduct keyword research. Leverage these insights to optimise our content and increase website ranking on search engines in target regions.
4. Lead generation: Using a combination of organic and paid for methods, increase website traffic and social media engagement to drive leads to our CRM and improve customer engagement via our digital channels.
5. Insights and reporting: Leverage insights and tools to analyse data and metrics, including lead generation, to create weekly and quarterly reports on online user engagement, with specific focus on SEO and social media performance.
6. Website: Work with the Digital Marketing Executive on incremental website improvements to optimise our performance online. Work together to manage relationships with agencies and third parties where necessary.
7. Campaign management: Work with our Sales Operations and Marketing teams to define an effective, CRM enabled, process to track, manage and monitor the effectiveness of our campaigns. Consider workflow creation, data hygiene, and A/B testing.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team and subject matter experts to create engaging content to drive maximum engagement on our digital marketing channels that are aligned to the wider teams goals.

12. Confident written and verbal communications skills: Outstanding copywriting skills and the ability to use online tools to create, manage, and publish original and high-quality content across various online platforms
13. Education and Experience: Marketing degree is desired. Experience in digital marketing including social media, specifically LinkedIn and SEO is essential.
14. Team Player: Willing to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team goals.
15. Attention to Detail: Able to handle multiple tasks and work to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
16. Interest in Marketing: Enthusiastic about learning about marketing strategies and campaign execution.
17. Ready to learn on the job: Some travel will be required.
