We are looking for a Build Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of wireless infrastructure projects overseeing site construction and upgrades for mobile networks, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Main Activities and Tasks Manage end-to-end site build activities, including planning, construction, and integration of wireless telecoms infrastructure. Coordinate with internal leadership teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. Conduct site surveys, assess risks, and ensure compliance with all health and safety standards. Update company and client portal systems regularly. Obtain quotes, work with the QS to submit tenders, and complete final account submissions while maintaining optimal project margins. Develop and maintain build schedules, documentation, and daily reporting. Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays and maintain project momentum. Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and client specifications. Collect, verify, and store Handover Pack evidence. Oversee quality assurance for build works and implement corrective actions as needed. Required Education & Trainings Training in Rooftop Access, Radio Frequency Awareness, and First Aid at Work. Valid certifications in Health & Safety (e.g., SMSTS, NEBOSH, or IOSH Managing Safely) are highly desirable. Required Experience Proven experience in wireless telecoms build management, ideally within 4G/5G deployment projects. Strong understanding of telecom site infrastructure including towers, rooftops, and street works. Experience managing multiple sites and coordinating cross-functional teams. Specific Skills & Technical Knowledge Solid understanding of rigging and electrical schematics, with a good grasp of telecoms civils requirements. Familiarity with build permitting, H&S compliance, and local planning processes. Skilled in project scheduling tools such as Excel or bespoke construction management platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to delegate and manage workflows effectively.
