Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor overseeing daily operations on construction and maintenance projects, ensuring all work is completed to high standards, on schedule, and in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing on-site teams, coordinating schedules, maintaining project records, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and troubleshooting any project challenges. The role demands strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to successfully guide projects from inception to completion.
Qualifications
* Experience in site supervision, project management, and construction leadership
* Knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements
* Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in organizational tasks, scheduling, and time management
* Effective communication and client relationship management skills
* Familiarity with construction tools and software systems is an advantage
