With a leading team of experts, they primarily provide insights on the renewable energy space, advising on various sustainable projects for clients. Due to consistent growth and expansion, they are now looking to hire a progressive Finance Manager to bolster up their finance department. Role The Finance Manager for this innovative consultancy business based in central London, will work closely with the CFO in managing day-to-day finance / commercial responsibilities. They will take on a number of key duties including: Prepare and present timely monthly management accounts with appropriate financial analysis for executive review. Ensure the Finance team (currently 1 report) is scaling to meet the requirements of a fast-growing company. Support the month-end and year-end close process Develop, implement and improve internal financial control policies. Enhance reporting and KPIs to provide valuable insight to external stakeholders. Collaborate with business partners to drive understanding of financial impacts, identify and communicate risks/opportunities. Support budget and forecast processing by maintaining financial models. Commercial analysis of new and existing opportunities to suggest trends. Profile The ideal profile for this exciting Finance Manager position, should have the following attributes: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or similar) 1-2 years post qualified experience with onus of management accounts preparation Excellent commercial acumen Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in professional services / consultancy would be advantageous Experience with Scoro or Xero would be advantageous Salary & Benefits £65,000 to £70,000 plus benefits including: Discretionary bonus EMI Options 25 days holiday bank holidays Hybrid working structure Pension scheme Flexi-time Excellent internal development plans Regular company socials & more The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
