The Job
* Own the development of paid social strategies across global markets, ensuring alignment with client objectives across brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and demand generation.
* Lead planning and optimisation efforts to deliver performance across the entire customer

* Act as lead point of contact within a wider agency ecosystem, aligning strategy and performance targets across multiple regions.

* Experience in paid social advertising, with hands‑on experience managing global or multi‑market
* Proven expertise in planning and executing full‑funnel campaigns-from brand awareness to conversion and demand generation.
* Experience coordinating with multiple agencies or regional teams across international
* Skilled in stakeholder management, with experience engaging directly with senior clients and internal
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distil data into meaningful insights and business
* Proficient in Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok ad platforms, and analytics tools such as Google
