Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and execute menu concepts that reflect the establishments commitment to excellence.
Lead and inspire a team to maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Ensure kitchen operations run seamlessly, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Contribute to the creation of seasonal menus, utilising fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in an upscale dining establishment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Passion for creating culinary masterpieces and staying abreast of industry trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to kitchen management.
