Project Manager (Band C) – Major Aviation Infrastructure Location: West London Project Type: Nationally Significant Aviation / Infrastructure Delivery Salary Negiotable (depending on experience) A major UK aviation infrastructure programme is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across complex Infrastructure Solutions projects within a busy, live operational environment. This role involves managing safety, cost, time, quality and performance across multidisciplinary workstreams while ensuring integrated, sustainable project outcomes. You will coordinate internal teams, contractors, and technical specialists to ensure projects are delivered to scope, schedule and budget, while supporting continuous improvement and effective stakeholder collaboration. The Role You will plan, lead and manage project workstreams from end‑to‑end, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery. Key responsibilities: * Lead and manage project teams to deliver integrated and effective solutions * Build strong relationships with stakeholders to clarify requirements and secure approvals * Plan and manage full project execution with clear goals, roles and deliverables * Ensure safety responsibilities are understood and upheld across all activities * Integrate design, development, construction, commissioning and operational requirements * Report project performance using project controls, including earned value and risk analysis * Manage contracts and ensure successful contract administration * Ensure deliverables are tested, commissioned and handed over into operations * Conduct post‑project reviews and capture lessons learned * Support value‑for‑money delivery and programme alignment Experience & Background This role suits capable project managers with strong delivery experience in complex operational settings.
