A respected client in the infrastructure sector is currently seeking an experienced and data-driven Analysis and Assurance Manager – Supply Chain to join their growing team. This is a key role focused on driving insight, compliance, and continuous improvement across complex procurement and supply chain operations.
About the Role
The Supply Chain Analysis and Assurance Manager will be responsible for producing detailed reports, monitoring compliance, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings across the organisation. The role supports internal governance, ensures alignment with external regulations, and collaborates across business units to maintain and improve supply chain performance.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong analytical background, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of supply chain systems and reporting tools.
Supply Chain Analysis and Assurance Manager Key Responsibilities
Analysis and Reporting
Develop and maintain reporting on key supply chain KPIs and metrics
Analyse procurement data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
Create management reports and recommendations to support decision-making
Support data analysis for tenders and procurement planning
Champion best practice data standards across systems and teams
Assurance and Compliance
Ensure supply chain activities adhere to internal policies and external standards
Develop and implement assurance frameworks
Conduct audits and reviews to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement
Work collaboratively across departments to improve policy adherence
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and deliver data-backed process improvements
Contribute to ERP system upgrades and reporting improvements
Develop and maintain a structured parts catalogue and classification system
Stakeholder Engagement and Team Collaboration
Act as the main point of contact for reporting and assurance matters
Engage internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support compliance and transparency
Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and compliance excellence
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supply chain analysis, reporting, or compliance role
Strong understanding of supply chain processes within utilities, energy, or civil infrastructure sectors
Proficiency with ERP and P2P systems, Power BI, and data analysis tools
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Experience in developing and communicating data standards
