Vehicle Technician and/or MOT Tester Required in Horsham, West Sussex
Pay: £30,000 - £42,000 Basic DOE + Team Bonuses throughout the year
Hours: 8.30 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings on a rota
We are currently working with a well-respected and established Motor Trade Car Garage that has been operating in their local area for 30 years and counting. Our client boasts an average rating of 4.9 stars out of 5 on various customer review platforms and rarely needs to advertise for additional work.
For the first time in 12 years, they are seeking a Vehicle Technician and an MOT Tester within a similar automotive car garage or dealership environment to join and support their Workshop team. * Undertaking repairs and servicing of customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
* Mechanical and electrical diagnostics on customer cars
* Performing servicing and mechanical repairs such as suspension, clutches, timing belts/chains, etc.
* Providing technical advice and support to service staff and apprentices
* Collaborating with the workshop team to improve quality
