Business Administration Apprentice

Location: Multi-site (with travel across sites)
Department: Apprenticeship Team POD
Contract: Apprenticeship Fixed Term for 2 years (Full-time working 35 hours per week)
Salary: National Minimum Wage (dependant on age)

We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to support both the Apprenticeship Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment while contributing to the delivery of training and development across the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of apprenticeship programmes and supporting the development of staff across multiple sites.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the Organisational Development and Apprenticeship teams
* Assist with the coordination and delivery of apprenticeship programmes
* Support the organisation and facilitation of training sessions for apprentices and wider workforce
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and learning management systems
* Communicate effectively with apprentices, managers, and training teams
* Help monitor apprentice progress and compliance requirements
* Support meetings, workshops, and events across multiple locations
* Travel between sites as required to support training delivery

* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn
* Good IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to travel across sites
