Operations Manager FMCG Food Manufacturing Location: Greater Manchester Salary: £67,000 £8,890 Car Allowance 10% Bonus A highly regarded and well-established food manufacturer based in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving operational performance across the factory and supporting functions, reporting directly to the Operations Controller. This is a predominantly factory-based position, offering the opportunity to influence culture, develop leadership capability, and deliver continuous improvement across the site. ________________________________ The Role As Operations Manager, you will take full accountability for factory performance, ensuring the highest standards across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, and Environment.
