What we're looking for
* HCPC registration
* Band 7-level experience (or strong Band 6 ready to step up)
* Comfortable working independently and supporting a wider MDT
* Excellent communication and patient-focused approach
* Some cover will be required within the Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC)
Pay
£28.00 per hour (negotiable)
