This is an exciting opportunity to join our new opening and become part of one of the most successful restaurant groups in the UK.
Lounges are special places, and what makes them so are the brilliant people who run them. As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in maintaining that brilliance across the team, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy. You'll support the daily operations of the Lounge, including rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback. Your standards will be high, but your approach will be unique to you. You'll do it your way. Brilliant!
It's all about the details. You'll be involved in driving sales, team retention, training, customer service, and maintaining high standards. You aim to make your Lounge the go-to place for the local community. It's a challenging role, but you are confident you can handle it.

What you'll bring:
* Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
* Experience working with freshly made food and drinks in a bar environment
* A passion for hospitality and talent for managing and spotting talent
* Driven and persistent in overcoming challenges
* Strong literacy and attention to detail for reporting on KPIs
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, meeting pressure and deadlines
* Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices
