Our Shepperton branch is seeking a Control Room Operative to be at the heart of our daily operations.
Pay: £14.06 per hour, rising to £15.06 per hour after probation (plus £2589 per annum London Allowance)

The role
As a Loomis Control Room Operative, you will coordinate and monitor daily transport routes using planning and tracking tools, ensuring compliance with operational and legislative requirements. You will liaise closely with both internal teams and external partners to support service delivery and maintain high standards of efficiency and security.
Responsibilities also include managing vehicle tracking, issuing equipment and access codes, processing administrative documentation, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will be responsible for opening and closing the branch, overseeing control room security, reporting incidents.
About You
You will be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently as well as part of a close-knit team. With a logical approach to problem-solving, you are comfortable managing change in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Ideally, you will bring knowledge of transport legislation and may have previous experience in roles such as Driver Guard, Vault Operative, or within a related industry. A full UK driving license is essential, and while an HGV license and SIA accreditation are advantageous, we can support you in achieving the latter if not already held.

* You must be approved to attain an SIA license
