Position: Learning Portfolio Management Intern

Siemens Digital Industry Software – #TransformTheEveryday

Based: UK. Remote working. Full-time (37.5 hours per week). 12 months (starting July 2025).

Overview of the position

Our 12-month internship program is designed to give you the opportunity to build on the knowledge and skills you have gained so far at university. We will provide you with a platform to learn and grow as part of an innovative Global Learning & Development team. You will have a clearly defined role which allows you to make a personal contribution to the delivery of Global Learning & Development initiatives supporting agreed Learning & Development priorities and strategies.

Our program focuses on your continual development beyond your time with us at Siemens. You will participate in the DISW Early Careers 12 month Learning Journey providing you with the key tools required to succeed in your future career. The Learning Path provides a structured way to explore Professional Skill areas as a starting point to your ongoing development whilst you are here at Siemens Digital Industries Software.

Our aim is to provide a well-rounded learning experience which offers value to you as an individual as well as the organisation.

What you will bring

You’re a second-year university student with a passion for technology and learning, studying: Business Administration, Learning Design, Data Analytics, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields.

Additional:
6. Experience with Power BI and Power Apps
7. Understanding of AI concepts
8. Exposure to automation tools
9. SharePoint knowledge

What you will be doing

10. Contribute to Portfolio projects, driving technology-enabled learning initiatives
11. Support major learning events (including international travel opportunities)
12. Present findings at team meetings
13. Help onboard future team members
