What you will be doing:
* Lead and support the nursing and care team to provide safe, person‑centred care.
* Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
* To support the General Manager with External Audit process to ensure the service is fully compliant.
* Oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations on the nursing floor.

* Mentor and develop staff, promoting a positive and professional working environment.
* Work closely with residents and their families to maintain open and supportive communication.
What you need:
* Valid NMC Pin.
* * Experienced in a care home, hospital, or similar clinical environment.
* Confident in leading teams and managing clinical responsibilities.
* Compassionate, proactive, and committed to resident wellbeing.
* Knowledgeable about safeguarding, person‑centred care, and CQC standards.
* Ability to self-motivate, work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.
* A caring nature and an intuitive sensitivity to the needs of others.
* Excellent communication skills.
