We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in London. This role offers the chance to work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and contribute to both online and offline marketing activities. About the Role As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and developing various marketing initiatives. You’ll assist with follow-ups on enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, referral, and affiliate programs, including support for the clinical booking team handling private and international patient enquiries. Key Responsibilities Provide support in managing enquiries from marketing activities, referrals, and affiliate programs, including assisting the clinical booking team. Oversee reputation marketing strategies by maximising review collection and streamlining workflow processes on platforms such as Doctify and other affiliates. Optimise profiles for consultants, doctors, and others as needed. Assist with organising webinars for medical professionals, including managing invitations, video streaming platforms, and issuing CPD certifications. Ensure timely updates and accuracy of all internal and external digital assets by reviewing, editing, and publishing content regularly. Collaborate with departments to maintain consistent branding and manage content calendars. Work under the direct supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Maintain safe and secure data management practices, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act (2018) and GDPR regulations concerning all patient, employee, and organisational data. Candidate Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a media agency or marketing role. Proficiency with SEMrush or equivalent SEO software. Experience in keyword analysis and social media post scheduling tools. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with GDPR and data protection best practices. Self-motivated and able to work well under supervision.
