Senior Support Worker – Redmond House, Corby
Salary: £13.84 – £14.84 per hour with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply). Typical shifts: Mon‑Sun 7:30am‑2:30pm or 2:30pm‑9:30pm. A UK driving licence is required.

About the Role
Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. This role involves helping residents gain more independence in their daily lives while assisting the Manager with the day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting supervision sessions, ordering medication, and ensuring residents can manage their finances.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents to achieve greater independence in everyday activities
* Allocate staff shifts and maintain accurate rostering records
* Book and coordinate training sessions for staff
* Induct new colleagues into the team and provision of relevant documentation
* Support with supervision sessions for staff and residents
* Order and manage medication stock and documentation
* Ensure residents receive appropriate financial support and education
Qualifications
Required: Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
