In this role, you will manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with high-quality service. Your ability to understand client requirements and align them with solutions is crucial for customer satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
2. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT services and solutions.
3. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful service delivery.
4. Monitor client satisfaction and address issues promptly.
5. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in Account Management.
