Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our client based in Wednesbury
Details:
* Full time (39 hours) or Part Time (30 hours)
* Straight permanent or temp to perm
* £30k per annum (Pro-rata for part time)
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase Ledger - Processing and maintaining supplier invoices
* Sales Ledger - Raise and issue sales invoices
* Payroll
* Statement reconciliation
* General admin duties
The Person:
* Experience in a similar role and understanding of basic accounting and financial administration
* Good numerical skills and attention to detail
* Experience with XERO payroll system an advantage
* Excellent communication skills
