We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration Support professional to assist our Admin and Accounts teams with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the sales department by managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and providing support on various projects
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, sales administrators and accounts team
* Process sales orders, invoices, and vehicle registrations in a timely manner
* Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (e.g., CRM systems)
* Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and pipeline tracking
* Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Liaise with various departments.
