Rate of Pay: £24.12 - £32.22 per hour
Summary:
The HR Project Officer will support the delivery of key HR and workforce projects aligned to the Councils workforce strategy. The role sits within the Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement Team and involves managing HR-related projects, conducting research, analysing data, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage HR programmes of work aligned to business needs and workforce strategy
* Manage project delivery, ensuring outputs remain within agreed scope, timescales and objectives
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and key stakeholders to deliver project outcomes
* Identify, manage and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies as required
* Analyse people-related data and provide meaningful insights and reports
* Undertake systematic research to support complex workforce programmes
Qualification:
* CIPD qualified or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
* Project Management qualification or equivalent experience of applying project management disciplines.
Essentials:
* Proven experience planning and delivering HR projects of varying size and complexity
* Experience undertaking HR project work to meet organisational needs
