Job Description
Eton Bridge Partners has been retained by our client who is a private equity backed leader in the social care sector. They are seeking a sole General Counsel and Company Secretary to lead the organisation’s legal, risk, and compliance strategy. As a key strategic advisor, you will work closely with the Board and Executive Team on future M&A activity, reporting directly to the CEO.
This is an exciting and pivotal time to join the organistion as they are expanding their impact, strengthening governance, and investing heavily in digital transformation.
