We have an exciting opportunity for a Cockington Court Co-ordinator to join us.
This role, based at Cockington Court, is to provide comprehensive support to the Centre Director, working centrally in the day-to-day operation.
You will be primarily focused on assisting with the smooth operation of the Cockington Court including health and safety and delivering front-line, high-quality customer service at all times.
You will administrate, promote and assist in events and room hire at Cockington Court.
You will be expected to undertake financial administration, in respect of raising orders, making payments and handling cash.

Skills**
Essential:
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
* Administrative skills.
* Good attention to detail.
* Meticulous record keeping.
* Ability to see processes through to successful completion whilst meeting challenging deadlines.
This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
Knowledge
Essential:
* Detailed knowledge of Microsoft and Excel.
* Understanding of Health and Safety issues in the workplace.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
* Experience of working effectively in a fast - moving environment.
* Working in a customer facing role.
* Demonstrable negotiating skills/sales experience.
