Business Administrator

Up to £28,000 per annum DOE
We are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join our Lincoln based client on a Full Time permanent basis. You’ll be providing administration support to Senior members of the team ensuring the company is represented in a professional and courteous manner.
THE ROLE
As a Business Administrator, your key duties will be the following:
* Always comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the relevant FCA rules, as well as, regulatory requirements and company policies
* Comply with the relevant compliance, Consumer Duty, T&C and financial crime (anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud, and corruption) procedures of the firm at all times
* Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes
* Preparing documentation for client meetings, packaging suitability letters, keeping the client files up to date in SharePoint, scanning and printing, keeping detailed file notes
* Maintaining accurate client data, policy information, and critical records using a back-office system
* Processing new business both online and via paper applications
* Responding to ad-hoc enquiries, processing letters of authorities, preparing valuations, updating platforms and providers
